These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Swingersland (the “Platform”, “Service”), available via website and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Swingersland is an adult-oriented platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you are 18+ and legally permitted to access adult services in your jurisdiction.
Swingersland provides tools to create profiles, discover other users, and communicate. We do not guarantee matches, meetings, relationship outcomes, or user behavior. Offline interactions are solely between users and at their own risk.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present safety risks.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Swingersland a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (including content moderation and safety functions).
You warrant you have the rights to share your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
If you purchase Premium via the iOS app, payment is processed exclusively through Apple’s In‑App Purchase system. Apple’s terms apply. Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled via your Apple ID settings. We do not receive your full Apple billing details. Apple may retain a commission under its developer program terms.
If you purchase Premium via Android or the website, payment is processed through Mollie B.V. (a European payment service provider). Swingersland does not store full card details. Mollie and/or your bank/payment method provider may apply their own terms.
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you are an EU consumer purchasing digital services, you may be asked to consent to immediate provision of the service, which can affect the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Apple/Google/Mollie refund processes may differ; if you purchased via Apple, refund requests must generally be handled through Apple.
Swingersland does not guarantee identity verification and does not supervise offline meetings. You are responsible for your interactions and for taking reasonable safety precautions. We encourage users to report abuse and to use blocking/reporting tools.
The Platform, software, branding, trademarks, and design are owned by Swingersland/Iventiv or licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, abuse, or safety concerns. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate interests (e.g., security and fraud prevention), in line with the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swingersland is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or damages arising from user content, user conduct, or offline interactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or EUR 0 if you did not purchase Premium), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (where applicable).
